Is Fleamail a subscription service, and are there any joining fees?

Fleamail is an New Zealand wide subscription service supported by a registered NZ Vet. There are zero joining fees or contracts – you’re in control. With Fleamail, each month you’ll receive your pet’s parasite treatments by mail which will be debited from your account. To cancel or change your plan, just log into your account and view your subscriptions. From here you can cancel, switch, or pause at any time. What brands do you use?

With Fleamail, our Vets bulk-buy and ship direct for around 15% cheaper than vet clinics – using the same great leading New Zealand products. Importantly,  Fleamail’s tailored around your pet’s age, weight, breed and location – our vets simply choose the best products for your pet and send them directly for less.

For dogs (common plan):
> Monthly: Easy to give Simparica liver chew for fleas, ticks and mites. OR Revolution for fleas, ear mites, lice & roundworms
> Quarterly: Popantel F for intestinal & tape worms.

For cats (common plan):
> Monthly: Advocate or Revolution for fleas, ear mites, mange, intestinal worms.
> Quarterly: Droncit for tapeworm

Does Fleamail cover pups and kittens too?
It sure does! But please be sure to keep our Vets updated with the weight of your pet as they grow, as this will determine their treatments. When you signup you will get your own account area to manage this. 
Are there any delivery fees?

Delivery is free, you just have to live in New Zealand and have an NZ Post deliverable address.

Do you offer a discount for multiple pets?

We sure do! If you have 3 or more pets, we’re able to offer a discount (discount applied depends how many pets you have, with a max of 15% off for 4 or more) depending on how many pets you have) to make Fleamail even more affordable. When you start the registration process your discount will be added automatically to your cart. Please note, if you sign-up to Fleamail using an offer – like any of our coupon codes, then your multiple pet discount will not be applied until your second month on Fleamail when the standard plan’s pricing applies.

What exactly do I receive in my letterbox?

Each month your bright blue Fleamail envelope will arrive via Courier post, you can’t miss it! Inside will be a letter to your pets and their individual treatments with their own, named and coded bag so even with a household full of pets you won’t give the wrong treatment. All of our envelopes are 100% recyclable.

Do you cover more types of pets?

At this stage we cater purely for dogs and cats, however in the future, our Vets will be looking into plans for rabbits, ferrets, birds and horses. If you’ve animals that you’d like to be covered by Fleamail, please tell us by emailing us here: support@fleamail.co.nz
